We have e~erienced steadily increasing <br />demand for events and movies provided on this basis. This <br />se~ice, Viewer's Choice II, will be avail~le on c~le channel <br />24. Pre~e Guide, ~rrently seen on channels 14 and 24, will <br />remain on channel 14. <br /> <br />We have also receded re~ests for e~anded coverage of business <br />and economic progra~ing from CNBC on Vision Cable channel 41. <br />Effective Feb~a~ 1, 1992, we will e~and the progra~ing to 24 <br />hours eve~ day. <br /> <br />This changes means Bravo channel will be deleted. Bravo currently <br />shares channel 41 with ~BC. As of ~is date, Vision has only 112 <br />customers of 39,000 who s~scribe to Bravo on a monthly basis. <br />The number of to that se~ice has been <br /> customers <br /> s~scrib~ng <br /> on <br /> a <br />steady decline for nearly two years. <br /> <br />We believe ~ese changes to be p~dent business decisions which <br />result in ~e ~prov~ent of our semite and greater ~stomer <br />satisfaction with our product.
