Cabarrus County Government -Planning and Development Department <br />March 4, 2019 <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />As you may recall, the attached letter was distributed to property owners surrounding <br />the Hill Farm located on Short Cut Road. The purpose of this letter was to inform <br />surrounding property owners of the upcoming public hearing concerning a rezoning <br />request that was submitted by the property owner. Since that time, an error in the letter <br />was found. The letter stated that the meeting is set to begin at 7:00 pm. The meeting is <br />actually set to begin at 6:30 pm. I apologize for the confusion, and wanted to let you <br />know that if you plan to attend the meeting, it will begin at 6 :30 pm .
