The purpose of this letter was to inform you of the upcoming public hearing <br />concerning your rezoning request . Since that time, an error in the letter was found. The <br />letter stated that the meeting is set to begin at 7 :00 pm. The meeting is actually set to <br />begin at 6 :30 pm . Please make the necessary arrangements to attend the meeting.
