Porter, Jr. and wife, Victoria Price Porter and <br />Thomas E. Porter and Thomas E. Porter, Jr. as Co-Trustees of the Dorothy Craig Porter Revocable <br />TrustMichael T. Barrier and wife, Cletus Oliver Hill and wife. Betty Jane Eudy Hill, Nona <br />Annette Barbee Barrier having an address of 4325 and 4306 Mount Pleasant Road, Concord6100 <br />Crayton Road, Mount Pleasant, 16270 Glenmore Road, Gold Hill, NC 28071-8687North Carolina <br />2802528124-7659 9146 (collectively “Grantor”), to Cabarrus Soil and Water Conservation District <br />having an address of 715 Cabarrus Avenue, West, Concord, North Carolina 28027-6214 <br />(“Grantee”), the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (NCDA&CS) <br />acting by and through the North Carolina Agriculture Development and Farmland Preservation <br />Trust Fund (“ADFP Trust Fund”) and with a right of enforcement to the United States of America <br />(“the United States”) acting by and through the United States Department of Agriculture, Natural <br />Resources Conservation Service (“NRCS”), on behalf of the Commodity Credit Corporation <br />(CCC) as its interest appears herein, for the purpose of forever conserving the agricultural <br />productivity of the Protected Property and its value for resource preservation and as open space. <br />The Grantor, Grantee, NCDA&CS, and the United States are collectively referred to as “the <br />Parties”. <br /> <br />The designation Grantor and Grantee as used herein shall include said parties, their heirs, <br />successor and assigns, and shall include singular, plural, masculine, feminine or neuter as required <br />by context. <br /> <br />The United States is providing $____________456,225.00 toward the purchase of this Easement; <br />which amount represents 50% of the appraised fair market value of the rights conveyed by this <br />Conservation Easement (“Easement Value”).
