The property is currently zoned Low Density Residential (LDR) district. WTC towers are permitted in the LDR district with the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit with the issuance of a Conditional Use Permit. Site Description: The subject property is located on Odell School Road between Untz Road and Harris Road. City of Concord municipal limits bound the property to the south. Currently, two residences and several accessory buildings occupy the front half of the subject property which is in the Present Use Value program (bone fide farm). The applicant is proposing a 20-foot wide gravel access drive that extends approximately 879' from Odell School Road to the leased area which is 10,000 square feet in size. The compound area, within the leased area, is 3500 square feet in size. A small portion of the front of the subject property is located within the critical area of the Coddle Creek Reservoir.
