Sherriff Approved 2/5/2019 With regards to the Public Safety System (today) the proposed tower should not impact it. Our current existing link is on Weddington Rd to Kannapolis and this proposed tower is north of that link. (Exhibit O) NCDOT Approved 2/27/2019 Fire Approved w/Comments 2/15/2019 Document the Access Road will support the imposed load of fire apparatus (75,000 pounds). Zoning Approved 2/26/2019 <br />History / Other Information 1. The applicant provided documentation compliant with Section 8-3 of the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance, petitioning for a Conditional Use. 2. The applicant submitted a complete application including a project narrative and statement of compliance sheet along with a site plan. 3. The subject property is approximately 87.76 acres in size. The lease area is approximately 10,000 square feet in size. 4. Currently, two single family residences and several outbuildings are located on the subject property. 5. The applicant is proposing to construct a Wireless Telecommunications Tower facility on the subject property. 6. The applicant is proposing a connection to Odell School Road and has provided the NCDOT driveway permit as required. 7. The property is located within the Conical Surface of the Airport Overlay for Concord Regional Airport. City of Concord staff did confirm that the height of the tower would not affect the overlay. 8. There is an accessory building located in the area required by Table 1 (tower height plus 50 foot radius). Applicant stated that this building is used for storage only and is not a habitable structure or residence. Applicant also stated that although property is 80 plus acres, this is the agreed upon and preferred location for the tower site. 9. The subject property is located in the Western Planning Area. This subject property is designated as Low Density Residential. <br />Conditions of Approval <br /> Should the Board of Adjustment grant approval of the Conditional Use Permit, Staff requests the following conditions become part of the approval and case record:
