If such standards and regulations are <br />changed , SCI shall bring the proposed telecommunications faci lity into compliance with the revised <br />standards and regulations within six (6) months of the effective date of such standards and regula- <br />tions , unless a different compliance schedule is mandated by the controlling state or federal agency. <br />The proposed facility w ill be in compliance with the Federal Communications Act 47 U.S.C Section <br />332 . <br />It is understood that the failure to bring towers and antennas in compliance with revised standards <br />and regu lations shall constitute grounds for the removal of the tower or antenna at the expense of <br />SCI Towers . <br />Please contact me should you have any questions. <br />Sincere ly, <br />'2.~nry
