Kimley »)Horn <br />December 7, 2018 <br />NCDOT Division 10 <br />Attn : Adam Pressler , Driveway Application Review <br />615 Concord Road <br />Albemarle, NC . 28001 <br />Re: <br />Project Address : <br />Dear Sir or Madam : <br />SCI Towers I Verizon Wireless Odell Tower <br />1201 Odell School Road, Concord, NC 28027 <br />Kimley-Horn respectfu lly submits construction drawings on behalf of SCI Towers I Verizon <br />Wireless for commercial driveway permit review from NCDOT. <br />In order to improve coverage in the area Verizon is proposing to erect a new 170 ' A.G.L. <br />Monopole Tower within a 100 ' x 100' wood fenced compound . The proposed access road <br />will require the proposed lessee utilize the existing gravel acess road . The existing driveway <br />connects perpendicularly to the existing Odell School Road . Once construction is comp lete <br />the tower s ite will be accessed approximately once a month for equpient maintenance and <br />updates . <br />Upon completion of your review and approval the contractor will pay any additional fees <br />associated with the review and complete any additional forms or provide signatures required <br />by NCDOT.
