Cabarrus County Government -Planning and Development <br />Planning and Zoning Commission Minutes <br />March 12,2019 <br />Mr. Chris Pinto, Chair, called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m. Members present, in addition to <br />The Chair, were Mr. Jeffrey Corley, Mr. Adam Dagenhart, Ms. Holly Grimsley, Mr. James <br />Litaker, Mr. Andrew Nance, Mr. Charles Paxton, Mr. Brent Rockett, Mr. Stephen Wise and Mr. <br />Jerry Wood. Attending from the Planning and Zoning Division were, Ms. Susie Morris, <br />Planning and Zoning Manager, Mr. Joshua Jurius, Planner, Mr. Phillip Collins, Sr. Planner, Mr. <br />Wayne Krimminger, Senior Zoning Enforcement Officer, Ms. Arlena Roberts, Clerk to the <br />Board, and Mr. Richard Koch, County Attorney. <br />Roll Call <br />Approval of January 8, 2019 Meeting Minutes <br />Mr. James Litaker MOTIONED, SECONDED by Mr. Jerry Wood, Jr. to APPROVE the <br />January 8, 2019 meeting minutes. The Vote was unanimous. <br />Approval of Granting Order and Findings of Fact for CUSE2018-00006 Public Service <br />Facility Master Plan for RRRWTP, WSACC <br />Mr. James Litaker MOTIONED, SECONDED by Mr. Brent Rockett to APPROVE the <br />Findings of Fact for CUSE20 18-00006, Public Service Facility Master Plan for Rocky River <br />Regional Waste Water Treatment Plant (RRRWTP), Water and Sewer Authority ofCabarrus <br />County (WSACC). The Vote was unanimous. <br />The Chair read the suggested rules of procedures for the meeting. <br />1. The Cabarrus County planning staffperson(s) shall first present the staff report and <br />answer questions from the Commission. There will be no time limit on this presentation. <br />2. The Applicant may make a presentation to the Board (optional) and will then answer <br />questions from the Commission. There will be a 15 minute time limit on the presentation <br />if the Applicant choses to make a formal presentation. There will be no time limit on <br />questions from the Board following the presentation. <br />3. When the Board is ready to proceed, the proponents (those speaking generally in favor of <br />the case) will have a total of 15 minutes to speak and/or present documents in support of <br />their position.
