Cabarrus County Government -Planning and Development Department <br />March 4, 2019 <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />As you may recall, the attached letter was distributed to property owners surrounding <br />the UNICA UBO property located on Odell School Road. The purpose of this letter was to <br />inform surrounding property owners of the upcoming public hearing concerning a <br />conditional use permit request that was submitted by the property owner. Since that <br />time, an error in the letter was found. The letter stated that the meeting is set to begin <br />at 7 :00 pm . The meeting is actually set to begin at 6 :30 pm. I apologize for the confusion, <br />and wanted to let you know that if you plan to attend the meeting, it will begin at 6:30 <br />pm.
