The purpose of this letter was to inform you of the upcoming public hearing <br />concerning your conditional use permit request . Since that time, an error in the letter <br />was found . The letter stated that the meeting is set to begin at 7 :00 pm. The meeting is <br />actually set to begin at 6:30 pm. Please make the necessary arrangements to attend the <br />meeting. I apologize for the confusion .
