To provide technical corrections to the original site plans and <br />documents that were submitted to the Board of Adjustment in 2017. <br />2. To provide a revised application, site plan and landscape plan for the <br />Board of Adjustment to consider as a means to remedy multiple <br />violations on the subject property. Because of the violations, the <br />original conditions of approval for CUSE2017-00001 cannot be met. <br /> <br />Site Description: The site is approximately 673.131 acres in size and is currently developed <br />with a solar farm. This is a technical correction from the 627.55 acres that <br />was originally provided in the application materials as the acreage for the <br />project. <br /> <br />Current Land Uses: Public Service Facility (Solar Farm) <br /> <br />Adjacent Land Uses: North: Residential/Agricultural/Wooded <br /> East: Residential/Agricultural/Wooded <br />South: Residential/Wooded/Wetland/Auto Repair/Car Sales <br />West: Residential/Agricultural/Wooded/Institutional/Civic/Union Lodge <br /> <br />Permitted Uses: Any uses permitted in the CR and AO zoning districts <br />
