Yates on behalf of Unica UBO <br />A condition of approval for your proposed project is that the Granting Order, stating <br />restrictions and applicable conditions of approval, must be recorded with the deed to <br />the property so that it appears during a due diligence search. The Granting Order <br />has been submitted to the Register of Deeds Office for recordation.
