April 11th is the 56th anniversary of the adoption of the <br />Civil Rights Act of 1968 which protects the rights of citizens by prohibiting discrimination <br />concerning the sale, rental, and financing of housing based on race, religion, national origin, <br />sex, (and as amended) handicap and family status.
