(Ord. of 1- 15 -90, § 7) <br />Sec. 22 -60. - Additional restrictions and prohibitions. <br />The ^F^^' °matieR declaration may prohibit or restrict: <br />(1) Movements of people in public places; <br />(2) The operation of offices, business establishments, and other places to or from which people may <br />travel or at which they may congregate; and <br />(3) Other activities or conditions the control of which may be reasonably necessary to maintain order <br />and protect lives or property during the state of emergency, within the area designated in the <br />^declaration. <br />(Ord. of 1- 15 -90, § 8) <br />Sec. 22 -61. - Removal of prohibitions and restrictions. <br />The chairman shall, by PFeG' a FRati eR declaration , terminate the entire declaration of emergency or <br />remove any of the prohibitions and restrictions when the emergency no longer requires them, or when <br />directed to do so by the board of commissioners. <br />(Ord. of 1- 15 -90, § 9) <br />Sec. 22 -62. - Superseding and amendatory ^F^^'^mati9RF declarations <br />The chairman, in his discretion, may invoke the restrictions authorized by this article in separate <br />eclarations and may amend any pFeGlamatieR declaration by means of a superseding <br />Feel a in accordance with the procedures set forth in section 22 -54. <br />(Ord. of 1- 15 -90, § 10) <br />Sec. 22 -63. - Termination of ^F^eRdeclaration <br />Any PF9Gl2FR2tieR declaration issued under this article shall exp five d aYS ^f + ^r ,+S 1 26 t i S,+, ^n <br />^'^°° seeRef only be terminated in writing under the same procedures set forth in section 22 -54 for <br />^elam^+i ^^ °'eclarations <br />(Ord. of 1- 15 -90, § 11) <br />Sec. 22 -64. - Absence or disability of chairman. <br />In case of the absence or disability of the chairman, the vice - chairman of the board of commissioners, <br />or such other person as may be designated by the board of commissioners, shall have and exercise all of <br />the powers given the chairman in this article. <br />(Ord. of 1- 15 -90, § 12) <br />Att8 number 1 \n <br />G -3 Page 182 <br />
