Ordinance Amending Chapter 22, Civil Emergencies <br />of the Code of Ordinances in Cabarrus County, North Carolina <br />Be it ordained by the Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners that Chapter 22, Article <br />II, Emergency Management, and Article III, State of Emergency, of the Code of Ordinances in <br />Cabarrus County, North Carolina is hereby amended as follows: <br />Article II. Emergency Management <br />Make amendments as shown on the attached track changes document to comply with adopted changes <br />to the General Statutes. <br />Article III.
