AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CABARRUS COUNTY CODE <br />OF ORDINANCES AND THE CABARRUS COUNTY ZONING <br />ORDINANCE <br />TEXT2016- 00001, TEXT2016 -0002 <br />BE IT ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Code of Ordinances is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br />REMOVE Chapter 38, Floods and RENAME Chapter 38 as Reserved. <br />RENUMBER AND REVISE the Code of Ordinance Table of Contents to <br />correspond to the change. <br />BE IT ALSO ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />The following Chapters will be ADDED TO THE ORDINANCE <br />1. Chapter 16, Flood Damage Prevention (Model Ordinance 2015) <br />2. Chapter 15, Subdivision Ordinance (Separate County Ordinance) <br />BE IT ALSO ORDAINED that the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />1. All references to the Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance and the <br />Cabarrus County Subdivision Ordinance, in its current form, will be <br />changed to Cabarrus County Development Ordinance <br />RENUMBER AND REVISE the Table of Contents in the Cabarrus County <br />Development Ordinance to correspond to the text changes. <br />Adopted this 17 day of October, 2016 by the Cabarrus County Board <br />of Commissioners. <br />Stephen M.
