CABARRUS COUNTY <br />A <br />* <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 17, 2016 <br />1 <br />AGENDA CATEGORY: <br />New Business <br />SUBJECT: <br />Planning and Development - Proposed Amendment (TEXT2016- 00003) - <br />Public Hearing 6:30 P.M. <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />Attached you will find an Ordinance outlining proposed changes to <br />Chapter 2, Rules of Construction and Definitions. Additions and /or <br />corrections are noted in in red text. <br />The new definition for multi -phase development was approved as part of <br />SL2016 -111 and needs to be added to the zoning ordinance. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously on June 14 and <br />August 9, 2016 to forward the proposed amendments to the Board of <br />Commissioners for final consideration.
