Cabarrus County Zoning Ordinance <br />Chapter 7- Performance Based Standards <br />In the event that a new single - family home is being constructed on a parcel where a <br />manufactured home currently exists in the AO, CR, LDR, MDR and HDR zoning districts, the <br />manufactured home may remain for the duration of the building process for the new home. <br />The manufactured home shall be removed within 30 days of the date of the last final <br />inspection, as required by North Carolina Building Codes.
