THE MANAGEMENT STAFF WILL: <br />1. Communicate the agency's EEO policies and familiarize employees with the <br />Affirmative Action Plan; <br />2. Assist in problem identification and establishment of goals and objectives; <br />3. Review qualifications of all employees to ensure minorities and females are given full <br />promotional and transfer opportunities; <br />4. Familiarize themselves with the agency's EEO policies and Affirmative Action Plan <br />and make a good faith effort to adhere to their responsibilities within the Plan; <br />2. Aid Directors in carrying out their responsibilities with regard to the Equal <br />Employment Opportunity Program; <br />3. Apply all laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures fairly and impartially to all <br />persons, without regard to race, color, sex, age, or national origin; <br />4. Exhibit an attitude of mutual respect, courtesy, and cooperation toward fellow <br />employees and the public. <br />INTERNAL DISTRIBUTION <br />In order to ensure that the Salisbury -Rowan Community Action Agency, Inc. is an Equal <br />Employment Opportunity agency, the Affirmative Action Plan will be submitted to the <br />SRCAA, Inc. Board of Directors for approval. <br />Each Program Director will receive copies of the entire plan for their staff and answer questions <br />the employees might have about the plan. <br />All employees will be informed of the agency's policy on Equal Employment Opportunity and <br />Attachment number 5 <br />F -6 Page 124 <br />
