Indirect Cost Rate Proposal (cont.) <br />For the Fiscal Year Ended October 31, 2011 <br />E. Cost Pool and Basis for Distribution <br />The Agency has created an Administrative Pool consisting of salaries, fringe benefits, and non -labor <br />costs. The Administrative Pool is charged with all of the indirect costs as defined above. This pool is <br />administered to the various program activities on the basis of direct staff salaries and associated fringe <br />benefits. Several of the programs may pay wages to program participants specific to the grantor <br />guidelines within the specific program contract. These wages and resulting fringe benefits are not used <br />to calculate the indirect cost rate but are reflected in the overall total costs. <br />F. Supporting Financial Statements <br />Schedule C: Total Expenses contained in this proposal agrees to the Agency's Audited Financial <br />Statements, Consolidated Supplemental Schedule of Activities on page 10. The audit report is included <br />with this report. Salaries <br />The attached Management & General Labor Costs and Planned Changes shows the 2010 -11 budgeted <br />labor costs reflected in the Financial Audit.
