For the Fiscal Year Ended October 31, 2011 <br />I Computation of Base and Pool Costs <br />The attached Schedule A; Rate Computation shows the computation of the indirect cost rate for the year <br />ended October 31, 2011. The calculations are based on staff salaries and associated fringe benefits costs <br />for each program and total $7,350,562. Total indirect costs to the Pool for the period are $735,202. <br />K. Rate Calculation <br />Using the total amounts shown on Schedule A and summarized above, the actual rate is 10% <br />Total Pool costs $ 735.202 = 10% <br />Total Program labor Costs $ 7,350,562 <br />L. Funding of Rate <br />All programs are charged the same rate for indirect costs throughout the fiscal year within the particular <br />program allowance. The direct cost basis of staff salaries and associated fringe benefits pertinent to <br />each program against which the indirect rate is charged remains consistent with the programs. <br />INI, Request for Rate <br />The Agency is requesting that our indirect cost rate be approved at the rate of 10% as substantiated in <br />the above calculations. <br />Attachment number 6 <br />F -6 Page 134 <br />
