Section 3. A quorum shall be constituted by a majority of the total <br />Advisory Council membership. <br />Article X. Section 1. The Cabarrus County Senior Centers Advisory Council By- <br />Laws may be amended by two - thirds (2/3) vote of the membership present <br />at any regular meeting or called meeting, providing notice of such <br />meetings and a copy of the proposed amendments are given to all <br />members at least two (2) weeks prior to the meeting. <br />Article XI. Section 1. Recommendations regarding the use of Senior Centers <br />facilities not otherwise covered under existing by -laws and/or policies will <br />be presented to the Senior Centers Advisory Council by the <br />Superintendent for consideration and approval.
