' �i 45 C'A)C!/yTy <br />z <br />N <br />oR �'R QARUl.' wl <br />Recent Barriers <br />With the rollout of Medicaid and the ACA — System issues have resulted including <br />— leading to system unavailability, <br />— latency issues and <br />— eligibility check issues, <br />— processing errors, and <br />— cases being put on hold <br />• System up but not functioning — eg Veteran's Day and the following day Here's snapshot of what we have been <br />experiencing: <br />NC FAST <br />Cases that are stuck in the eligibility check (the eligibility check just keeps running even if you refresh) <br />Unhandled server errors when trying to apply evidence <br />Unable to get Manual Replacements to issue <br />Delayed /Pending processing status once the case is submitted <br />Cases that have active PDC but no Income Support case showing for the case <br />Unable to complete verifications (we enter verifications but it is not reading them) <br />EIS (Eligibility Information System) <br />NC Fast Validation Unavailable- 5300 Communication with NC Fasted timed. <br />When trying to key an 8124 for retro Family and Children's Medicaid, receive error "attempt to key in NC <br />FAST ". Retro still cannot be entered in NC FAST. <br />• Some cases processed by State OSS resulted in benefit issuance errors or were returned without being processed <br />E -1 Page 291 <br />
