Alternates: Should any alternate be accepted, the amount written below shall be the amount to 'add too or 'deduct from' the appropriate Base Bid. Refer to Section 01030 — Alternates, the Drawings and the CM Black Bid Package for complete description and delineation of alternate requirements as the descriptions below are not Intended to fully convey the scopes of work. The under signed further agrees to construct the alternates as described in the Contract Documents for the following prices: Alternate #1: (Add / Deduct) N/A Provide SCN door losers, Schlage locksets, and Von Duprin exist devices as specified in Section 08710 without substitution as a preferred brand.
