Black, CM Black Construction <br />' CHANGES TO CM BLACK BID PACKAGE <br />GENERAL INFORMATION: <br />' BID TIME CHANGE <br />• Due to room size and parking limitations, the bid date will remain 02/03/2011, but the bid times will be <br />divided as follows: <br />' o Divisions 1 - 8: Bid Time will be 1:30 pm <br />o Divisions 9 -10: Bid time will be 3:00 pm <br />PRELIMINARY PROJECT SCHEDULE <br />' • Please see the attached revised Preliminary Project Schedule — Dated 01/25/11. <br />1 ATTACHMENT NC"— SUPPLEMENTAL SCOPE OF WORK <br />' • All bids MUST be submitted on CM Black Bid Forms. Bids not submitted on the CM Black Bid Form will <br />not be accepted. <br />• Attachment "C ", line Item #57 — Required man -hours per week for this item is 8 hours. <br />t DIVISION 2 — SITEWORK PACKAGE <br />1. The Bid Form ( #02 -001) was changed to reflect the changes in the project manual ID # changes in the <br />' YCHA Spec Book and the addition of the Bicycle Racks to your scope. < Please use new attached form <br />to submit your bid.> <br />2. Pipe bollards are to be supplied by the Steel provider and installed (including any patching of the existing) <br />by the Sitework Contractor. <br />3. Add Section (07200) Insulation — Provide any required insulation under slab. <br />4. Bid Package ( #02 -003) - Bicycle Racks - is to be included in the Sitework Bid Package which will include <br />any associated concrete work to install them. <included on new Bid Form> <br />' DIVISION 4 — MASONRY PACKAGE <br />5. All masonry is to be lump sum. <br />' 6. Brick masons shall provide all work associated with General Notes #2, #3, #4, and #7 on sheet A -1. <br />7. Brick masons shall demo any hollow metal door frames in masonry walls were required. <br />8. Infill of existing openings does not require toothing — only at doors and windows will toothing of the <br />masonry be required. <br />' 9. Glazed brick will be removed by the abatement company. Any necessary wall patch behind the glazed <br />brick will be by the brick mason. <br />10. YCHA to clarify the point up after the Ice Blasting. <br />11.
