DIVISION 5 - STEEL PACKAGE <br />12. Pipe bollards are to be supplied by the Steel provider and Installed (including any patching of the existing) <br />by the Sitework Contractor. <br />13. Multiple mobilizations may be required to complete all work. <br />14. Light gage angles at H & H1 wall types shall be installed by the Drywall Contractor. <br />15. The question was asked if the Engineer of Record would give the size of the X- Bridging angle to be used <br />and the answer is NO. <br />16. The Steel company is not required to have a NC Contractor's license. <br />17. Primer touch up of new welds shall be by this subcontractor. <br />DIVISION 6 - ARCHITECTURAL CASEWORK & MILLWORK PACKAGE <br />18. Millwork contractor is to provide and install mirrors with wood trim attached. <br />19. Millwork contractor to provide and Install all glass shelves, sliding doors and hardware at display cabinets. <br />20. Millwork installer to install the steel support provided by the Steel supplier per detail 6/A -12 and AC -6. <br />21. Millwork contractor is to supply and install all closet rods along with shelving. <br />22. The Wail Fabric (WF -1) at displays AC -2A, AC -213 and AC -2C Is by the Painting Contractor. <br />DIVISION 7 - ROOFING / TUBULAR DAYLIGHTING PACKAGE <br />23. The Roofing Contractor is to provide labor and materials to cut and frame roof joist as required for <br />Tubular Daylighting Devices. <br />24. Flashing of the roof curbs may require multiple mobilizations while working with the Mechanical <br />Contractor to keep the building water tight at all times. <br />DIVISION 7 - WATERPROOFING & SEALANTS PACKAGE <br />25. Caulking Contractor shall provide the scope of work described in the General Notes 12 & 13 on sheet <br />A -1. <br />DIVISION 8 - ALUMINUM ENTRANCES & STOREFRONTS & GLAZING PACKAGE <br />26. Scope of Work - bullet point #6 should read "Provided and install glass in Automatic Door." <br />27. Storefront Subcontractor to demo and existing storefront doors and windows required. <br />28. Mirrors with wood trim is provided and installed in the millwork contract. <br />DIVISION 9 - METAL STUD FRAMING / DRYWALL PACKAGE <br />29. The Bid Form ( #09 -001) was changed to reflect the addition of the Corner Guards. <Please use new <br />attached form to submit your bid.> <br />30. Add section #10260 - Corners Guards and Frame Protectors to be provided and installed by the drywall <br />contractor. <br />31. Light gage angle at H & H1 wall types shall be Installed by the Drywall Contractor. <br />32. YCHA to clarity the condition painters will receive walls from Ice Blasting process. <br />33. Drywall Contractor shall furnish all required blocking for owners provided equipment, shelving, projector <br />and projector screen, TV, marker boards, presentation boards, etc. <br />34. Provide necessary framing and blocking for the air curtain at the Automatic Sliding Doors. <br />35. Provide framing and labor for additional 2 x 12 support added per Addenda by the Structural Engineer at <br />existing areas where headers were cut into joist. <br />DIVISION 9 - PAINTING / WALLCOVERING PACKAGE <br />36. General Notes 8 & 10 on A -1 scope of work shall be by the Painting Contractor. <br />37. Caulking pertaining to running trim, cornices, casings, etc. shall be by the Painting Contractor. <br />38. Steel trusses will be sponge blasted to the metal. Some time will lapse before a Painting Contractor will <br />be on board to re -prime them. Any necessary prep and priming of the trusses is by the Painting <br />Contractor. <br />39. Wall fabric at the display cabinets AC -2A, AC -213 and AC -2C is to be by the Painting Contractor. <br />40.
