On page 02280 -1, under PART 1 — GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK add the following sentence to the end <br />of the paragraph: 'The scope of work shall include treatment of areas receiving new concrete slab -on -grade as <br />1 well as areas covered by existing concrete slab-on-grade," <br />2. On page 02282-2, under PART 3- EXECUTION Surface Preparation, add the following second paragraph: <br />"Treat areas of existing concrete slab -on -grade by drilling concrete and applying toxicants by method and rates <br />1 recommended by the manufacturer," <br />SECTION 09250— GYPSUM DRYWALL SYSTEMS <br />1 3. On page 09250 -8, under PART 3 — EXECUTION FINISH LEVEL SCHEDULE change "Level 4" to read: 'Walls <br />and ceilings scheduled to receive flat paint." and change 'Level 5" to read: Walls and ceilings scheduled to <br />receive eggshell, satin, enamel, semi -gloss or gloss paint finish." <br />1 SECTION 09900 — PAINTING <br />4. On page 09900 -7, under PART 2 —MATERIALS INTERIOR add the following heading and information: ' Interior <br />Drywall High Build Drywall Surfacer (for use to achieve Level 5 finish as specified under Section 09250) <br />1 GliddenllCI: 1040 -1200 Fill & Seal High Build Surfacer Interior Primer Sealer."
