The cost, which <br />' <br />includes all my expenses, will be $45,000. <br />Five -Year Plan Document <br />' <br />The five -year plan will include: <br />- A SWOT analysis of the local business economy, with a review of what is <br />' <br />known about local assets and indicators of county economic health. <br />' <br />- A leakage analysis, based on BEA and IMPLAN -model data. <br />- An analysis of the home -based business sector, about which little is currently <br />known. <br />- An assessment of the strengths and gaps in county policy in the area, and <br />recommendations on how to fill the gaps. <br />' <br />This document will be roughly 75 -100 pages long.
