CONCEPT PLAN <br />A fter the completion of the Site Analysis, the Planning Team refined the Concept Plan for the future park. <br />The plan was based on preliminary ideas, goals, and objectives that had been developed by the Steering <br />Committee. These ideas were evaluated with the environmental considerations emphasized duringthe Site <br />Analysis. The Site Analysis information was used to determine appropriate locations of certain types of uses <br />on the site and where any use would be precluded due to steep terrain, wet soils, etc. Other potential uses <br />were also explored and shown on the Concept Plan. The plan is described and illustrated below and on <br />the following pages.
