APPENDIX B -MEETING MINUTES <br />• A public meeting will be next on the agenda. The date and time will be established during <br />the week of August 24'n <br />A new website has been established for the project. The website will be the main source of <br />information pertaining to project dates and progress. http://southcastpark.publishpath.com/ <br />The Town of Midland and Cabarrus County will establish links from their websites to the project <br />website. A survey/questionnaire will be added to the website to far citizens to contribute <br />comments to [he project as it progresses. <br />There is still a strong desire to have branding of the park for overall aesthetics, visual coordination, <br />and identification. A logo and architectural consistency in signs and the built environmental is to <br />be implemented in the plan. Sketches will be provided during the public meeting as well as on the <br />project website as they become available.
