CABARRUS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDAITEM REQUEST <br />Meeting Date 6/18/07 Agenda Item #~" q <br />SUBJECT: <br />Consent Agreement - The Mills at Rocky River <br />BRIEF SUMMARY: <br />The Mills at Rocky River subdivision preliminary plat was approved by the City of Concord <br />Planning and Zoning Board on December 15th, 2005 and revised on October 17th, 2006. <br />The project consists of 830 single-family residential units and 370 muiti-family units on <br />+532 acres located on Rocky River Road.
