Per the direction of the Board at the July 20lh Planning and Zoning Board meeting, attached <br />you will find language to amend the Office/Limited Commercial Zoning District text to include a <br />nursery/greenhouse as a penmitted by right use. <br /> <br />. Per the direction of the Board at that same meeting, you will aiso find language to address the <br />current LDR text which states that a nursery/greenhouse is penmitted based on standards in <br />the LDR zoning district. Staff research has determined that no applicable standards exist in <br />the current zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />. You will be asked to provide a recommendation to the County Commissioners regarding the <br />proposed change. <br /> <br />.
