Little, Director <br />Cabarrus County Parks and Recreation Department <br /> <br />Soccer Complex Marketing Partnership Agreement with Northeast Medical <br />Center and Cabarrus Soccer Association <br /> <br />In April, 2001, 'Cabarrus County entered into a joint partnership with the City of Concord <br />and the Cabarrus Soccer Association for the completion of this project. According to <br />the approved agreement, the City'of Concord and Cabarrus Soccer Association will <br />each contribute $300,000 over a three-year period toward this project. According to the <br />proposed Marketing Partnership Agreement, Northeast Medical Center shall pay to <br />Cabarrus Soccer Association, who will forward to Cabarrus County as part of their <br />financial pledge, a one-time marketing sponsorship fee of $25,000. <br /> <br />As stated in the proposed agreement, Northeast Medical Center shall initially equip· and <br />fur__~nish .a First Aid Center, such as equTpment and furnishing. Cabarrus County will <br />provide the built-in cabinet and work station as part of the building construction. <br />Northeast Medical will also make available to Cabarrus Soccer Association and County <br />access to the First Aide Center. Cabarrus County will install signage of "Northeast <br />Medical First Aide Center" on the facility. Routine maintenance, upkeep and general <br />cleaning of the First Aide Center will be provided by the County. <br /> <br />If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me.
