As <br />you can see, Ms. Russell has requested the paper print a retraction of <br />comments attributed to her. Ms. Russell is among the most capable <br />managers with whom I have had the opportunity to work. It is absolutely <br />inconceivable that she might have made the comments attributed to her at <br />the end of this article. <br /> <br /> To allay her concerns, I would like to ask that you share these <br />materials with the Board of Commissioners.
