<br /> : bleachers or risers, whether permanent or moveable.

<br /> Building Exteriors - This service shall include but not be limited to, painting,
<br /> siding, cleaning, roofing, leaks, Windows, storage facilities, decking, ramps, steps,
<br /> locks, doors, walls, fences, benches, brickwork, steps, skylights, mullions,
<br /> ilouvers, culverts, gutters, sidewalks, parking lots, roads, sandblasting, pressure
<br /> ~washing.,

<br /> .Building Interiors - This service shall include but not be limited to, floors, walls,
<br /> , Ceilings, ~eiling tiles, glass, doors, door stops, door frames, thresholds, risers,
<br /> steps, w6od trim, ceramic tile, gym floors, partitions, cabinets, lockers, tiling,
<br /> mirrors, Windows; screens, carpet, white boards, chalk boards, bulletin boards,
<br /> railings, bleachers, risers, seats, decks, chairs, casters, any athlctio equipment,
<br /> including :~without limitation indoor basketball goals, swimming pools, caulking,
<br /> plaster, blinds, tables, shelves, carts, TV mounts, signs, hinges.

<br /> Electrical ~ This service shall include but not bc limited to the following examples
<br /> (whether iindoor or outside), lighting, dishwashers, switches, ovens, stoves,
<br /> drinking fountains, garbage disposals, heaters, boilers, slicers, fans, ballasts,
<br /> exhaust fans, receptacles, washers, dryers (clothes or hand), mixers, shop
<br /> equiPmcn!, relays, switchbreakers, ice machines, refrigerators, booster breakers,
<br /> breakers, ~ower strips, walk-in coolers.

<br />Plumbing ~- This service shall include but not be limited to, sinks, toilets, urinals,
<br />drainS, flus. h valves, drinking fbuntains, floor drains, cove base, pipes, filters,
<br />pumps, waterlines, sewer lines, faucets, showers, tubs, water coolers, water
<br />heatei-s.

<br />HVAC - 'l~his service shall include but not be limited to, heating, air-conditioning,
<br />humidifierS,' air cleaners, filters, thermostats, temperature problems, tanks,
<br />Ventilators~ compressors, boilers, furnaces, duct work, vents, regulators, air
<br />handling .tufits, fans, heat pumps, cooling towers, window A/C units, duct
<br />collectors.

<br />Safety - This service shall include but not be limited to, alarm systems, detection
<br />systems (metal or otherwise), monitoring systems, scanning systems, fire doors,
<br />fire alanus, panic bars, sprinkler systems, emergency lights, exit signage, fire
<br />extinguishers and any devices or equipment inatalled or used by any Party ['or
<br />purposes o~'insuring safety and security on SehooI Facilities.
