The closest available waterline is 8,900-1f +/- on Harris Road. The City of <br />Concord currently has under design a waterline down Harris Road to Poplar Tent and up <br />to Hwy 73. The subject property is not served with sanitary sewer. The closet available <br />sanitary sewer is a 36-inch WSACC Upper Rocky River Interceptor to the immediate west <br />approximately 1,000-1f +/- from the subject property. Please contact Duke Power in <br />regards to electric service. <br /> <br />Please note that due to drought conditions in the region, the City has implemented Level II <br />mandatory Water restrictions. As a result, ut. ility line extensions required by plat shall be <br />connected only upon certification by the City of Concord of adequate water supply. These <br />restrictions will remain in effect for the duration of the drought conditions or until the City <br />secures additional sources of water. The City is currently pursuing means of securing <br />additional sources of water to meet future needs of the customers of the City of Concord <br />Regional Water Resources. <br /> <br />In accordance with Concord Regional Water Resources policy, it is the sole responsibility <br />of the owner or the developer to extend water and sewer irrfrastructure from existing <br />service points and secure any right(s) of way as may be necessary to meet project needs. <br />Any required upgrades to the existing infrastructure to provide adequate service will also <br />be the responsibility of the owner or developer. In addition, it is the responsibility of the <br />owner or developer to confirm any information of physical, locations and that water flows, <br />water pressure, line sizes and .sewer capacities of the existing (or any proposed) <br />infrastructure are adequate to meet the required usage and fire protection demands in <br />accordance with federal, state and local codes. <br /> <br />CityofCcr, mtd ~ 8.50 Warren C C_.ckn'm t3x~.
