Thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING N 56°46'13'' W a grid distance of 8392.185m to a computed point having metric NAD 83 - N.C. Grid coordinates of N: 167,482.241m E: 461,435.389m. Thence N 57°41'41" W a grid distance of 4093.718m to a computed point on the western edge of the 60' Public Right-of-way of Plaza Road Extension, and having metric NAD 83 - N.C.
