RESOLVED that once the Map has been ratified by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Mecklenburg County, thai Jonathan Marshall, special commissioner under G.S. 153A-18, <br />shall cause the Map showing the newly agreed upon boundary to be recorded in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Cabarrus County in the manner required by law for the recordation of maps <br />or plats and to work with the special commissioner for Mecklenburg County to cause a copy of <br />the Map to be recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Mecklenburg County; and be it <br />further <br /> <br /> RESOLVED that Jonathan Marshall is directed to cause a copy of the Map to be <br />recorded in the Secretary of State's Office; and be it further <br /> <br /> RESOLVED that the new boundary between Mecklenburg County and Cabarms County <br />is to become effective January 1, 2003; and be it further <br /> <br /> RESOLVED that Jonathan Marshall is directed to report back to the Board of County <br />Commissioners once all of said actions have been taken. <br /> <br /> Adopted the day of ,2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Robert M.
