The attached form reflects the consolidated results. <br /> <br />Cost data is maintained by franchise area. All of the equipment sections of the FCC 1205 forms <br />were prepared using system level data, <br /> <br />Schedule A <br /> <br />1. Gross book value, accumulated depreciation and the current provision for depreciation for <br />vehicles, tools, etc. were calculated by applying an allocation to the general ledger amount as <br />of 9/30/02. The allocation used represents the percentage of technical labor expended for <br />regulated activities (as calculated in Schedule B) to total technical labor or similiar allocations. <br /> <br />2. Income tax rates and adjustments to reflect interest deductibility were derived from the actual <br />tax filings of the company as of 12/31/01. <br /> <br />Schedule B <br /> <br />1, Salaries and Benefits were calculated based on the actual installer headcount or similiar allocations. <br />In cases where the installer also performs tasks other than regulated activities (i.e. service), a headcount <br />allocation was done so that only regulated time appears on this schedule. Regulated activities include <br />from the demarcation point of 12 inches outside of the point where the cable wire enters the outside <br />wall of the subscriber premises to the back of the customers television. <br /> <br />2. Schedule B expenses were reported for the period 10/1/01 - 9~30~02. <br /> <br />3.
