Page -2- <br />North Rehab Code <br /> <br />fully as though set forth herein as a supplemental building code for <br />Cabarms County to the extent such code is applicable. <br /> <br />(B) All ordinances or portions of ordinances in conflict herewith <br />are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />(C) Should any provision of this ordinance be declared invalid or <br />unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such <br />declaration shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole <br />or any part thereof, which is not specifically declared to be invalid- <br />or unconstitutional. <br /> <br />(D) This ordinance shall take effect and be in force fi.om and after <br />the date of its adoption. <br /> <br />Adopted this the <br /> <br />day of December, 2002. <br /> <br />Robert M.
