Cabarrus County Findings and Recommendations Report The RFP requested the rates for leasing the system. These figures are shown below. This information is shown for reference purposes only, as we believe that Cabarms County may have other more cost effective means of obtaining financing if needed. Ifa purchase lease is used, the County could purchase the system at the end of the lease term. With a tree lease the County would have to pay the fair market value for the equipment at the end of the lease if they wished to retain the equipment. Sprint has several leasing options including "Telimagine Technology Plan" which is explained in depth in their proposal. The figures provided by CTC are for a leasing arrangement with either a purchase option of 1-month lease payment, or a full service lease with no purchase option. Although ALT Communications has several attractive purchase and leasing arrangements available, they did not provide details.
