Multi-Jurisdictional Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance <br /> <br />3.4.18 compatibility standards and guidelines; <br /> <br />3.4.19 urban design and "neotraditional" development standards; <br /> <br />3.4.20 planned unit development guidelines; <br /> <br />3.4.21 updated use authorizations for permitted, conditional and special uses; <br /> <br />3.4.22 <br /> <br />a matrix comparing the existing zoning classifications of each Constituent <br />Jurisdiction and the conversion of similar districts to a proposed unified <br />district classification; <br /> <br />3.4.23 <br /> <br />standard forms for the processing ofrezonings, conditional use permits, <br />site plans, variances, subdivision plats, erosion control and flood damage <br />prevention, appeals, and minor permits; and <br /> <br />3.4.24 other Ordinance revisions identified in the Comprehensive Plans and <br /> Steering Committee process. <br /> <br />3.5 <br /> <br />Adequate Public Facilities (APF) Standards <br />FL&C will draf~ improvements requirements for development of individual parcels <br />and subdivisions. These sections will include minimum standards for water, <br />wastewater, streets, schools, solid waste and drainage and provisions linking the <br />timing of development to the availability of facilities.. It may also include other <br />facilities as designated in Task 1.4 as requested by the Steering Committee. <br />Design standards sections will be sensitive to the costs imposed versus the benefits <br />derived from these requirements. <br /> <br />3.6 <br /> <br />Committee Review Workshop and Focus Groups <br />FL&C will conduct one (1) workshop with the Steering Committee to present <br />proposed Ordinance drafts, to seek policy direction on key regulatory issues, and <br />to help the Steering Committee prepare its final recommendations to the Planning <br />Commissions of the various Constituent Jurisdictions. Prior to the workshop, <br />FL&C will conduct focus group sessions on the draf~ Ordinance consistent with <br />Task 1.6 herein in order to solicit input on the standards and procedures set forth <br />in the drat~ Ordinance and to build consensus.
