Resolution No. 1998-01 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the current fee for the confinement or quarantine of animals by the Animal <br />Control Division is $3.00 per day; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this fee is not sufficient to cover the cost of confining animals; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Animal Control Division has asked for an increase in the confinement fee <br />for animals, both for the quarantine of animals and for the confinement of animals prior to being <br />reclaimed by their owners. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Cabarrus County Board of <br />Commissioners sets the confinement fee at $8.00 per day for the confinement and/or quarantine of <br />animals by the Animal Control Division. <br /> <br />Adopted this the 20th day of January, 1998. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Sue Casper, Chair <br />Cabarrus County Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />Frankie F.
