We believe <br />the rezoning as proposed is a major mistake, and is inappropriate and unnecessary in its <br />present form. The rezoning violates the Western Area Plan, overloads the road system, <br />and adversely affects the surrounding area with intense incompatible land uses. We urge <br />the rejection of the proposal and a joint County-city review of the Western Area Plan. <br />Short of that, we urge a reduction of the site and location across from the Airport, and <br />significant actions to mitigate its impacts. <br /> <br />Prepared by: David T.
