/ <br /> July 25, 1997 <br /> <br /> Cabarrus County Planning Services Division <br /> Concord, NC 28026 <br /> <br /> Dear Gentlemen, <br /> <br /> In regards to the proposed change in the Agricultural - Open Zoning District in the northwest pan of Cabarms <br /> County to Low Density Residential zoning. <br /> <br /> As ~xpayers we would like to express our concern on the rezoning issue. <br /> <br /> We are against it. You are taking the rights away from the individual property owners to do what he wants <br /> with his own property. The business and agricultural area should not come under the same issue as single <br /> wide mobile home. This is taking all rights away from the owner and putting restrictions on it and the <br /> younger generation. The committee is saying you can't rent, lease, or have public income from your business <br /> when you are no longer capability of operating the business yourself. We would like to see this handed down <br /> to the next generation.
