Pleasant Recreation Soccer <br /> Association <br /> <br />REQUESTED ACTION: Pass the following motion: <br /> <br />"Be it resolved that the Cabarrus County Commission agrees to assist the Mt. Pleasant <br />Recreation Soccer Association in lighting the soccer field at Mt.
