NORTH CAROLINA <br />CABARRUS COUNTY <br /> <br />NORTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF <br />TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />COUNTY OF CABARKUS <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL REIMBURSEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br />PROJECT: R-3457 <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this the day of <br /> <br /> ,1996, between the DEPARTMENT OF <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION, an agency of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter referred to <br />as the Department, and the COUNTY OF CABARRUS, hereinafter referred to as the <br />County; <br /> <br /> WITNESSEIH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Department and the County propose to make certain street and <br />highway constructions and improvements under said project in Cabarrus County, said <br />project to consist of the construction of an access road to the new distribution center for <br />Stanley Tools offNC 73. Said work will consist ora curb and gutter section, will include <br />grading, base, paving, drainage, seeding and erosion control, and will be approximately <br />1,200 feet in length. Said project will have sufficient right-of-way width to accommodate <br />the construction of said project in accordance with project plans to be prepared by the <br />County and approved by the Department's 10th Division Engineer in Albemarle, North <br />Carolina; and, <br /> <br /> <br />
