Corey or Dr. Charles Rhodes <br /> <br />Cabarms Physician Organization <br />Dr. Charles Rhodes or Dr. Robert Surratt <br /> <br />Cabarms County Board of Health <br />Dr. D.A. Lockhart or Mr. Charles Phillips <br /> <br />According to the most recent draft of the health authority enabling resolution(attached), the <br />Board of Commissioners is to name one nominee from each of the four groups listed above. <br />the Commissioners are also to select one of their own members or a designee to complete the <br />initial five(5) appointments to the health authority governing board. These five(5) members will <br />recommend to the commissioners a list of nominees to fill the two(2) remaining positions on the <br />health authority board. <br /> <br />?lease place these nominations on the agenda for the Board of Commissioners for the scheduled <br />August meeting.
