Morton, P.E. <br /> KSB completes construction documents, Morton handles bidding, permitting <br /> and construction administration on Animal Shelter and all aspects of General <br /> Services. He has not proposed a fee but anticipates it to be 6% - 8% of total <br /> project cost. Total cost for the Animal Shelter would be KSB's fee of $31,556 <br /> plus Morton's fee of $27,520 (at 6%) which is $59,076. This is only for the <br /> Animal Shelter and does not include the General Services building. <br /> <br />4) Brice- Morris Architects <br /> KSB completes construction documents, Brice- Morris handles bidding, <br /> permitting, and construction administration for the Animal Shelter and all <br /> aspects of the General Services building. Bfice - Morris did not estimate a <br /> fee. <br /> <br />5) Milligan Architecture, Inc. <br /> Milligan Architecture proposes to provide complete project administration for <br /> the Animal Shelter and General Services. Estimated cost of the Animal <br /> Shelter facility is $450,000 and the total architectural/engineering fee would <br /> be $26,000. There are two options for the General Services buildings. <br /> Option 1 is a 10,000 square foot building at a cost of $500,000 with the <br /> architectural/engineering fee $30,000. Option 2 is a 5,000 square foot <br /> building at a cost of $300,000 with the architectural/engineering cost $20,000. <br /> <br />6) Carlos Moore Architect <br /> Carlos Moore proposes to provide complete architectural/engineering <br /> services for both the Animal Shelter and General Services buildings. His <br /> proposal includes a fixed fee of $48,000 for these services. <br /> <br /> <br />
